Summary of an open letter, the first of September 2006:

In the open letter from September 1, 2006," psychiatric treatment by force" at Bamberg, part 2, the so named "Epikrise", the patients report done by Prof. Günther while the stay from August 3 to August 4, 2004 of Petra Heller at the mental clinic is exactly analysed. There the fact, that Mrs Petra Heller has been slandered is proved by many documents and the evaluation of the facts. The cooperation of Prof. Günther and Dr. Strauch is unmasked and Mrs Heller is relieved totally.

The facts about Aeneas:

-> Dr. Sherr: Aeneas laboratory tests evidence his lyme-disease (Western-Blot)

-> Dr. Hayward-Brown : The mother is innocent. It is a violation of human rights, if mother and child are not reunited.
Her position to the case Aeneas in her affidavit to the local court in Bamberg from 28th March 2006 " In my view, this is one of the worst cases of false accusations of MSBP that I have seen in my ten years of research on the subject."

Long term antibiotic treatment can never be characterized as "child abuse", it is an evidence based kind of medical treatment of lyme disease:

-> Dr. Cameron: Prolonged antibiotic treatment is an accepted treatment for children, who are suffering from Lymedisease. Even children, who are to sick to attend school, recover after prolonged anibiotic treatment and are able to start successfully a carriere.

-> D. Cameron: The treatment guidelines from ilads support a prolonged antibiotic therapy. The duration of therapy tend to the success of recover of the individual patient.

of a "Münchhausen-by-proxy-
Syndrom":

- Family Haase: Report "Sam", Pro 7 about the death of the girl Lisa-Marie Haase under "protection" of the Jugendamt. The mother Cornelia Haase also was victim of a false accusation of the "Münchhausen-by-proxy-Syndrom". Concerning case Haase, the Jugendamt was condemned of hard violations of human rights by the international high court for human rights in Straßburg in the Year 2004. Germany was instructed to give the children immidiately
back to the family. Till now, only two of the seven children can live at home again. One of the children of family haase was told by the Jugendamt, that her parents died.

- Family Erfurt where taken their two children by the Jugendamt too. Filiz Erfurt was accused to have a "Münchhausen-by-proxy-Syndrom" too. One of her sons Mert is suffering of Zöliakie and his brother Cem of epilepsia. Though their sickness was proved by doctors Jugendamt suggested, that the mother Filiz persuaded their children their sickness. Mert Erfurt tells about the violence of the Jugendamt and the psychiatry, where he was forced to take psychotropics. He made terrible experiences in forstercare. His brother is suffering of
epilepsia but he did not get his antieptileptics. After two years long hart fighting, the children could return back to their parents. Mert Erfurt was sexuell abused while he had to live in forstercare.
